NeoVox provides students at the University of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia with the opportunity to publish a broad range of non-fiction articles spanning a variety of topical events and challenging monthly themes.
Students writing for NeoVox gain experience and skills in aspects of new media such as online journalism, computer-assisted reporting and web publishing. You can write for NeoVox as part of the University's online journalism course, CMN237.
In July we are showcasing student essays and creative pieces exploring the burgeoning arena of creative non-fiction. This will include research on truth, authenticity and objectivity through focussed analysis of non-fiction writing from 1500 to the present day. Enjoy examples of diverse genres: travel writing, science writing, historical narrative, memoir and personal essay.
